  • How do I order?
  • There are two ways to order. You may order your sun and shade control product online at shadepro.net, or you may call our customer service department to place an order. If you are an international customer, you may only place your order by phone. Call us 800 328-5100 so that we may assist you.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards. We are not able to set up or accept personal checks or cash.
  • What happens after I place my order?
  • Once you complete your transaction, ShadePro will process the order and you will receive confirmation along with an invoice for the product you've purchased. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order.
  • How much is shipping?
  • ShadePro supplies absolutely free shipping for orders over $100 to any destination within the continental United States and free freight to commercial addresses and dock pickup locations. Products shipping by freight truck are prepaid to commercial addresses only or for dock pickup at your local terminal. A modest fee will be added to all freight orders destined for residential delivery. If your order is less than $100 and doesn't require freight, UPS shipping rates apply.
  • How do I track my order?
  • If you created an account when you placed your order, simply log into your account that you registered prior or during the checkout process to see the most current status of your order. If you placed an order as a guest, without an account, you will not be able to see any information pertaining to your order. No need to worry, we will provide tracking information via email for all shipments within 24 hours of shipment.
  • What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?
  • We apologize if this is the case. Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment and shipping containers for damage on all merchandise received and note damage on the delivery receipt.
