How long has ShadePro been in business?
We’ve been in the RV Sun and Shade control business for more than 45 years. We manufacture many of our own products, replacement fabrics, Vista Shades, Dash Covers and Windshield covers. We use the highest quality materials and pride ourselves on innovation and craftsmanship.
Where is ShadePro located?
Our physical location is in Spring Valley, CA. However, our team of mobile installers services from Los Angeles, CA to Tucson, AZ
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on UPS Ground shipments for orders over $99 to any destination within the continental U.S. Products shipping by freight truck are $199 per item when applicable. If your order is less than $99 and doesn’t require freight, UPS shipping rates may apply.
I am having trouble installing a product, what can I do?
Our customer care team is always here for you. Call us at (800)328-5100 Monday-Saturday 8:30-5:00 PST for the fastest service.
What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?
We apologize if this is the case. Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment and shipping containers for damage on all merchandise received and note damage on the delivery receipt. If notified within 2-3 days, we will collect the damaged product and send you another at no charge to you.
